A frequently-asked query:
Where is the best place to host and build a flash website!?!?!?!?
Okay, I swear I checked out every hosting site and their reviews. However, I still can’t decide on which is the best. Everysite site has tons of good and bad things about it. Basicly my main concern is having a great web designer. I could honestly care less about the CPanel, and SQL Server base and all. All, I want is a good site that’s around or less a month, and has a great web builder that supports custom HTML (for embedding objects and all) If it comes with a free domain on registration that’s a plus. Now out of these, which do you think is the best. Ipage, Justhost, sitecube, or bluehost. or anther.oh btw, I’m not creating a business site, I’m creating a video and radio stream site, I’m useing wix.com but I want to change it to another one like this site, and I want eye popping graphics with flash.
Answer: You are not alone. Free hosting will not be the best hosting for you. Web hosting is the heart of your online presence and can mean the life or death to your business.
Before we answer your question, let us review the 7 factors to look for in a good web hosting. An excellent hosting:
- has at least 30 days money back guarantee,
- gives more-than-enough diskspace,
- offers unlimited bandwidth,
- gives unlimited add-on domains,
- has easy Site Builder,
- has Fantastico and QuickInstall to quickly install apps like WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, OSCommerce, ZenCart and more
- can be easily upgraded to VPS or one of their cheap dedicated server plans if and when your business require.
To answer your question, 92% of Webmasters recommended to try Hostgator. If you are building your first website and needs a hosting plan, experts usually highly recommend going with Hostgator because they are the best cheap cpanel hosting around.
What if you find out that Hostgator sucks after you signed up with them? HG has 45 days, longer-than-industry-average money back guarantee so you have ample time to test them out. They are rated A+ by Better Business Bureau which shows their commitment to customer satisfaction. You also do not have to pay for the first month. You can just try their fully functional hosting service – you pay only $0.01 (you need to use the special coupon code). Do you know any other hosting company that can give you that kind of assurance? Anybody can grab an account from Hostgator for almost FREE.

Who Should Not Try Hostgator
To be honest, no web hosting service is perfect. Drawback of Hostgator includes:
- No free domain name – but you can easily get a domain name from the best domain registrar such as Godaddy or Namecheap for $10 or less. Would you agree that a website is not complete without a domain name?
- You need to pay full price after your first invoice – well, they need to make money too and all the support and great service do come with a cost
If you are still not sure if HG is right for you, or you have specific query about anything at all, try the Live Chat at HG. They are fast and knowledgeable. Just shoot them some questions before you decide.

I think you should go to webs.com. You can get better services for under $20 which also include a domain and you can add custom html and things like that.
I suggest you check it out!

I am a web designer, but I offer hosting also. The (free) web builder I offer is SiteRV. Here is their website http://rvsitebuilder.com/index.php/main/public/action/view/page/Newfeature
I do offer free 2 year registration when you pay in full for 6 months+. My monthly prices start at $12.99 and go up. There is a 20% discount for semi annual and annual pay.
I dont have a site for my hosting since my design clients are who take advantage of it the most, but visit my site anyways at http://www.isavvyinc.com
Contact me by email rochelle@isavvyinc.com if you want me to emiail you the information.
Also you need to be concerned with a cPanel, MySQL, and such because thats how you will get to what you need and manage your site. 🙂 Just a little advice.
Thank you!

Hey there,
Best place to build flash web site. I have not seen specialized flash hosting websites like Wix. Most sites just say "Flash hosting" along with their normal packages so that people searching for hosting flash read that and get attracted. So their packages remain pretty much the same as far as I have seen. There are specific flash tools and tutorials and lots of hosts provide these. Hmm… so that’s for you to decide.
I answered someone today who had a similar question about video/audio streaming.. so I am going to give you the link to that question.. go read my answer there (the novel is mine).

I’ll save you some headache.. stay away from Ipage and Justhost. Bluehost is average, not too good. I don’t know much about sitecube or anther. I do have a good recommendation for you. In the link that I gave in my answer.. check out a host called Downtown. I’ve heard they do flash good. But you’ll have to check out from them as to what special support they provide for flash etc. Their prices are slightly more than others, but def lesser than $20/month but they are very sturdy and reliable. Chat with them before you get a plan from them (I suggest this to everyone.)
Oh, and don’t get the domain you badly want using the free domain feature. Get it separately from a different registrar. You’ll thank yourself for it later.
I think I’ve written a lot for today. Good luck bud!

I would use this site, its $3.50 a month (under your $20 thing) and it offers free domain name for life and tons of free value stuff, such as unlimited bandwidth, advertising credits, free online shopping cart, and tons of other stuff. Also offers templates to build from, and is suppose to be easy to use, won 2010 best support or something like that.

I used to use GoDaddy myself, which is normally the biggest one, but not anymore, they charge you for absolutely EVERYTHING in addition to the basics and it just isnt the best deals either. Good Luck!!
