Getting things for free is out there. Web website space is available.
Free domains are not because of you have to prove who you are to ICANN to obtain one. Sometimes you can get deals on .info’s on networksolutions or godaddy for like a few bucks, mainly because a lot of email servers will reject the .info if you use it for email.
There are numerous sites you can use for storage of photos, files and videos.
The free space is not there, but many sites do offer 5 to 50 gigs of space when you buy a package.
I paid $100 for two years of domain name, & 50 gigs of storage, which is plenty for anyone starting out on the web. Although it is better you register the domain yourself seperatly away from your hosting service. I just was being cheap and saved $20. Into it 6 months, still haven’t got the damn thing built. It’s fun though.

If it was possible to get all that for free, no one would pay for their domains/hosting, which will lead to many people losing their jobs, making our already godawful economy even more than it is now, and worse, it’ll be encouraging freeloaders.
Esentially, nothing is free. Even if something is free to you, someone had to pay for it. Same with this case. Free domains aren’t free. Even GoDaddy has to pay for them. GODADDY. I mean, come on. If Godaddy has to pay for them, obviously the rest of us have to as well.
Not to mention, there’s always an argurment about how no hosting company can offer unlimited webspace because there is no such thing….but I won’t bore you with the details.
And I am confused on why you would need that much space anyway…..A personal/blog site usually takes less than 25 mbs. You would only need a humungous amount of space if you’re planning to create a site like MySpace….
I would reccommend you to deal with being on a freeserver until you can buy what you want on your own dime.
It’s either that or don’t have a website at all.
Those are your only two options, because honestly, in order to create a site that offers free domain names to anyone who wants one, and let them keep them forever, along with web space, they will need to spend at least several million. Yes, SEVERAL million. Do you really want someone to go bankrupt just to provide a service to teenagers who don’t know a thing about web design something that they really don’t need?
Note: This post isn’t suppose to offend you, just to teach you things that you don’t already know. So please don’t send me a message saying, "HAHA, I FOUND A FREE DOMAIN NAME!!!! SHOWS WHAT YOU KNOW." Because I know that you would be lying, and I would just sigh and sigh….wondering what is wrong with today’s youth…
