Firstly, I would not recommend using godaddy.com as a host. Do a little research on hosts, making sure that what you’re using as research material aren’t paid affiliates.
Design can run you anywhere from $100 – $10k, depending on the designer and your needs. You might want to look into some of the builders, like WordPress or any number of builders your host will have available. If your needs aren’t complicated, you’ll be surprised at what you can do yourself with just some youtube tutorials.
