My webspace provider say the site is working and perfectly fine, but alot of people are getting this error when accessing the site. How can i get rid of it? The site was scanned, free of viruses and SPAM, and its a simple site.

Any info would be much appreciated from anyone that is familiar with why this is happening.
I have recently wiped my entire root directory now and loaded a verson of the site from last year when it was working. Still get the warning pages 🙁
And thank you JAKE for pointing out the script at the bottom of the index, this shouldnt be there and for some reason my backup has the same inserted code. Possibly i had a virus on my computer that caused this.
Problem solved. website had a virus that used iFrames at the base of each index page. Also it inserted a script after the /head of the html. Removed them and then changed the file permissions in CPANEL to 444. Bam! Worked good!
