Step 1: Unzip the file(s) onto your local system in their own directory.
Step 2: Use FTP to upload those now uncompressed files to your yahoo webspace.
That really is the best way. You can modify the files you want on your local macine and then just use FTP to transfer them to your yahoo host account.
