Ask your ISP what they’re "nameservers" are. When they tell you the nameservers use that info when you register the domain name.
When you register the domain it should give you the option to use your own DNS or Nameservers, at that point put the info in that the ISP gave you.
That directs all traffic to that domain to go to your ISP’s servers where your website resides.
